We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, and AMF files. Max file size is 50MB per upload. If you only have a sketch or JPEG, contact us to discuss modeling options.
After you submit a quote, we'll review your file and send a price within 24 hours. You only pay after you approve the quote. We accept Stripe and PayPal.
Yes! We carry a wide range of filament colors. Mention your preferred color in the order notes. For catalog items, use the special requests field or email us after ordering.
If there's a defect or print failure on our end, we'll reprint or refund at no charge. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. Custom files with design issues are evaluated case by case.
